Knights of Columbus "Tech Kickoff Knight" Pictures from 8/21/2010

I had the opportunity to take pictures for the annual Knights of Columbus Tech Kickoff Knight last Saturday Night.

 

Former Dallas Cowboy great Drew Pearson and former Texas Tech Quarterback Billy Joe Tolliver were the night's special guests.

 

New Tech football coach Tommy Tuberville was also on hand to fire up the crowd.

Entertainment was provided by the Goin' Band from Raiderland, the Texas Tech spirit squads and Raider Red.






















Tech fans of all ages enjoyed the evening.


















The Miller Lite Girls helped with the evening's auction of Texas Tech and Dallas Cowboys merchandise.

New South End Zone Stadium Panoramic - 8/28/2010

New panoramic from the south endzone.

Dropped one of the kids off at Goin' Band practice this morning and stopped by the stadium to get a new round of pictures.

The construction fences are down and the final touches are being put on the landscaping and parking lot. They have planted shrubs along the new northeast corner fence. Concession and restrooms in that corner are getting close to done.

The Masked Rider mosaic is now in place under the east side concourse.

They had full crews working this morning both at the stadium and parking garage. A crew was also inside the stadium putting in the portable seatbacks along with a crew washing the windows of the east side building.

The ribbon cutting ceremony for the east side building takes place next Saturday afternoon.
